Chicken and corn soup

How to make chicken and corn soup

  • 100g chicken mince
  • 420g cream corn
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 cloves garlic - chopped
  • chicken stock
  • pinch of salt&pepper
  • 1 beaten egg

  1. Pan fry garlic and chicken mince until cooked.
  2. Pour water in and stir in cream corn and salt&pepper and chicken stock.
  3. Boil, turn off heat and gradually stir in egg.
